Exam dates and fees 2019

There is currently no local ABRSM representative in Norway, so all exam arrangements are handled by the Practical and Music Theory teams in the London office.

To make an entry, please complete the relevant entry form, and scan and email this to [email protected] for Practical and Diploma exam entries, or [email protected] for Theory exam entries. Please send this to us no later than the closing date for that session. You can find our exam fees, closing dates and exam periods under the Dates and Fees section of our website.

Please note Theory exams can only be held as visits at schools of general education or LEA music centre approved by ABRSM in line with our regulations which can be found here (7. Place of Exams: visits).

If you are entering candidates for both Theory exams and Practical exams, please fill out separate entry forms and send them to the appropriate team.

We will then give you ABRSM’s bank details, and a unique code for each candidate, which should be included in the payment reference for the bank transfer. This ensures that we are able to link your payment to your entry.

You will receive approximately 2-3 weeks’ notice of the exam appointment(s) for your Practical exam candidate(s) and Theory exam materials will be posted to the host venue 4 weeks before the exam.
